Each and every product is actual-use tested after construction. We are happy to offer basic audio guidance, and most importantly to the consumer, one stop shopping. If there are products that you don't see listed but would like us to source or manufacture, please feel free to contact us at any time. We sell thru a small group of select dealers and direct by mail-order. We will ship our products directly to you. Orders can be placed via email, phone, or postal mail accompanied with a certified check or money order, COD is an option. We also accept VISA/MC credit card, or PAYPAL orders. To facilitate shipping accuracy, please provide us with this basic information: Non USA Orders are welcome, but please contact us for shipping costs to your country. SHIPPING USA - We normally ship domestically via FEDEX (large items) and/or USPS (smaller items). NON USA ORDERS - We normally ship via the USPS. This is safe, secure and reasonable in cost. Often the cost of EXPRESS SHIPPING is approximately the same as PRIORITY. If UPS, FEDEX, or DHL is desired, we will only ship using your account number. These agencies charge exorbitant amounts and often charge us more than they estimate. We will provide all shipping documentation required by the USA for shipment to your country. If your country has special requirements for documentation, it is your responsibility to inform us of these documents. It is also your responsibility to negotiate with your own customs departments and to pay all required fees. We are not responsible for shipments returned by your country's postal system because they could not find you, reach you by telephone, etc., or because you refuse to pay customs duties. To facilitate shipping accuracy, please we require the following information: NAME, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE OR PROVINCE, POSTAL CODE, COUNTRY and TELEPHONE NUMBER. You can phone in your order or send us a postal order or email order with the following information: NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP, EXP DATE, and 3-DIGIT SECURITY CODE. If using email, we suggest that for your security you provide us with your credit card details in two emails. That is, send us the credit card number in one mail, and in the second the 4 digit expiration date and the 3 digit security code from the card's back. We will only ship to the credit card "Billing Address." PAYPAL ORDERS
MONEY TRANSFERS If you wish to transfer money from you bank to ours, you are responsible for all fees. We must net the price. Our bank charges a flat $15.00 fee for all incoming bank transfers. So that will be added to the invoice. Also be aware that sometimes the sending bank charges you a fee. That fee is your responsibility. DAMAGE: If damage occurs in shipping to
foreign nations, you must promptly report the damage to your post office and
obtain a damage report from them. We will not replace any item if a damage
report form your post office is not obtained. |

Nearly all of our products have warranties 1 year from date of purchase. Since Esoteric Sound is also a re-seller of many products, you should contact them directly. Should you have questions regarding the warranties of individual products, we will be glad to explain any such limitations should they exist. NOTICE OF LIABILITIES TO FOREIGN PURCHASERS
- While we do all in our power to see that you get a product in good operating
condition, it is possible for a defect to occur. We cannot assume return
shipping costs, that is your responsibiltiy. However, we will ship you
parts for repair, such as bent turntable platters, replacement motors,
inoperable wall transformers, etc. all expenses paid for by ourselves. We
will supply repair information. The actual replacement must be performed
by the customer. |
